Andrea Lee provides technical assistance to grantees from state and local corrections agencies as part of the Statewide Recidivism Reduction program. Prior to joining the CSG Justice Center, Andrea was the director of clinical programs at a community-based homeless outreach agency, where she implemented an assessment-based system of care that targeted the high utilizers of emergency services and correctional facilities. In addition to delivering direct services, Andrea has experience in evidence-based research and has contributed to publications addressing the complex behavioral health needs of individuals transitioning from institutions into the community. Andrea received her BSW from Cleveland State University, and her MSW from the University of Maryland School of Social Work.
